At PERANI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
